I did not want to have to get one of these collars for my dogs but they had such bad fence aggression, I was at a point where I wasn’t going to be able to let them outside because they aggressively fought the neighbors dogs through the fence or try something like this. I first tried a collar that just shocked without other options but I didn’t like that and it wasn’t strong to go through my long hair dogs fur so really did not help. These collars are awesome because the beep and vibrate option provide a way to stop the dogs without harm. Also have different length posts. I had to only use the shock once on each and now we have a peaceful yard with no fighting through the fence or barking and scratching the other side fence. We can sit and pet dogs and the dogs now also enjoy sniffing around and having fun and even the other dogs now don’t bark and they seem to be friends and they kinda like play running up and down and wagging tails. No one has to worry about fighting each other any more. Complete change of behavior. Game changer, life changing!

We only use the beep and vibration settings on our pup, but this collar works so well! The beep gets her attention 9 time out of 10. The vibration setting has only been used a few times to correct jumping, and it has worked well. I have tried the shock setting on myself, and it is pretty strong. Even though the intensity level can be adjusted, I don’t feel comfortable with using the shock on our girl. The battery life on this is amazing. I’ve had it for months now, and I’ve only had to charge it a couple times. We only use it now when she is off leash, just in case, but it has never failed us. I’ve recommend it to everyone who asks about it.

This is not a shock collar. My family bought a shock collar for their joyous golden doodle And with merely one shock, her joy disappeared. This collar does not do that. It
Is more subtle so as not to change your pets wonderful personality. It merely guides a pet by bringing his location to his attention so that quickly he will learn not to go that distance again so he doesn’t have to experience the vibration.
