Love this training collar. I used for a week, then tried an ultrasonic collar. Within days I went back to this collar. We are at the point where he hears the beep and instantly stops his bad behavior or turns around if he gets to far from us. With a week or so I am sure it will be just seeing the hand held unit or just the feel of the collar on, will make him stop what he is doing. Can’t say enough about this unit. Worth every penny.

I have a large breed completely black active giant schnauzer and I love this collar. I use the flashlight function during night walks so we can both be seen as she is off leash and can’t be seen at night well. My dog goes swimming constantly so a water proof collar is ideal because I can use the alert audio when she starts swimming too far into the ocean she will turn back around once she hears the beep. The vibrate button is great when she is overly stimulated and focused on things and the audio isn’t enough to get her attention and lastly the shock is rarely used but highly effective like when my dog decided she was going to charge into the street to chase a stray. No marks were left but it did startle her enough for her to understand that that was a no-no and she hasn’t done it since. The collar also has safety covers on the prongs to protect the dogs skin and the shock level is appropriate for her age and size. The battery life is way better then other collars I’ve had before as well so I don’t have to charge it every day if she has it on for an hour at the beach or dog park.

This training collar is #$*@ing awesome! Hounds are generally ornery & stubborn. They’re difficult to train & mine was no exception…till I found this training collar. He has made a 180° turnaround. He’s learned more in 2 months than he had in 2 years. After 2 initial light shocks in the 1st week, i only have to show him the hand remote to instantly get his attention & behave. With 3 types of warnings, this is a way better means than the old “tough love” approach. Thanks guys for one great training aid. I love it.

This device is amazing! It has three modes which allow me to have other options vs only a shock. You can make it beep and vibrate. You can set the vibrate and shock to different strengths and it even has a flashlight on the remote. You can also light up the dogs collar to be able to see it at night. I’d recommend to anyone who needs to train their dog.
